For cancellations received up to March 15th reservation fees will be refunded less €50 administrative costs.
For cancellations received up to April 15th 50% of the reservation fee will be reimbursed.
No refund will be made for cancellations received after April 16th or for delegates who fail to honour / use their reservations.
In the event of cancellation of the physical component of the congress owing to ‘force majeure’ full refunds will be made.
